The TaylorMade Burner 08 Rescue clubs use 'Dual Crown Technology' as found in TaylorMade's famous Tour Burner driver and Burner fairway woods. This allows more of the clubhead's weight to be re-positioned, lowering the centre of gravity.
The centre of gravity is lower than the previous Burner Rescue club, making the Burner rescue club easy to hit from virtually any lie and giving every golfer the perfect replacement for hard-to-hit long irons!
Everything about the Burner Rescue clubs has been designed to make it easy to launch the ball on a towering, long-carrying flight!
A 'fast-looking' triangular clubhead shape looks large when positioned behind the ball and inspires confidence. Not only does this look fantastic but it has also allowed the designers to move extra weight away from the clubface for an improved ball flight and extra distance.
The Burner Rescue club is engineered with a slight draw bias, to help prevent a slice and encourage a distance-enhancing draw.
